1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service form an agreement between Yend and any person who visits or uses the yend.app website. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Scope of Service
Yend is a brand that develops privacy-first mobile apps. This website is for promotional and informational purposes only; it provides links to the stores where the apps can be downloaded, along with contact and newsletter functions.
3. Eligibility and Age
You must have legal capacity to use the site. We do not offer content directed at children under 13. The age limits of our apps are stated in each app's own terms.
4. User Responsibility and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the site content lawfully. Bulk scraping for commercial purposes, automated access, unauthorized intrusion, bypassing security measures, uploading malware and any behavior that disrupts the service are prohibited.
5. App Downloads and Store Links
The Google Play and App Store links on the site redirect you to the relevant stores. Downloading and using the apps is subject to each app's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well as the store rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The Yend brand, logo, EPC-256 architecture, texts, visuals, interface design and all site content belong to Yend and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Yend is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; you access them at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. We make no express or implied warranty that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free; however, we strive for the highest availability and accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yend shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law are reserved.
10. Changes and Termination of Service
Yend reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the site or its content at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) shall have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration board at your place of residence is reserved.
