Child Safety Standards — GrowYend - Followers Growth
1. Scope
These published child safety standards apply to GrowYend - Followers Growth, developed and operated by Yend, and to every user, account, profile, username, avatar, comment, message, uploaded file and any other user-generated content or behaviour inside the application and its supporting services.
2. Prohibited content and conduct (CSAE)
The following are explicitly forbidden and result in immediate action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any image, video, audio, drawing, animation, AI-generated or computer-generated depiction that sexualises a minor.
- Any sexual, sexualised or suggestive depiction, description or discussion involving a minor.
- Grooming: building trust with a minor for sexual purposes, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, or requesting sexual content or contact from a minor.
- Trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution or sexual abuse of minors, and promoting, facilitating, advertising, normalising or glorifying such acts.
- Sharing, requesting, selling, linking to or advertising CSAM or CSAE-related material or services.
- Minor self-endangerment content, and non-sexual exploitation, endangerment or abuse of minors.
3. Age requirement
GrowYend - Followers Growth is not intended for children. Use of the application requires a minimum age of 18. Accounts that we identify or reasonably believe to belong to a minor are terminated and their data is deleted.
4. In-app reporting mechanism
The application provides an in-app mechanism for users to report child safety concerns, CSAE and CSAM. On the Profile screen of GrowYend - Followers Growth, a support e-mail address is displayed and can be tapped to open the user's mail application with a pre-addressed message. This support e-mail is the in-app reporting channel and reaches the Yend safety team directly. The same screen also links to these Child Safety Standards and to the Privacy Policy.

Reports are free of charge, may be filed anonymously where the law allows, and are routed to a trained reviewer. Child safety reports are prioritised over all other report categories and are reviewed as an emergency, typically within 24 hours.
5. Enforcement and response
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned, together with any linked accounts and devices.
- Evidence, logs and account records are preserved as required by applicable law and made available to lawful requests from law enforcement.
- Repeat evasion attempts (new accounts, new devices) are blocked at the device and network level.
6. Reporting to authorities
Yend complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Apparent CSAM and CSAE are reported to the competent authorities, including:
- The U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, where applicable;
- In Türkiye, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) and the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor, and the national reporting channels of the Ministry of Family and Social Services;
- The competent national authority, INHOPE hotline or law enforcement body of the relevant jurisdiction.

This contact is informed about our CSAM prevention practices and about compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy, and is available to respond to enquiries from Google, users and authorities.
8. Prevention measures
- Automated and manual moderation of profile images, usernames and user-submitted text.
- Hash-based detection support for known CSAM signatures where technically available.
- Staff training on recognising and escalating CSAE signals.
- Periodic review of these standards, at minimum annually.

1. Kapsam
Bu yayınlanmış çocuk güvenliği standartları, Yend tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen GrowYend - Followers Growth uygulaması ile uygulama içindeki tüm kullanıcıları, hesapları, profil adlarını, avatarları, yorumları, mesajları, yüklenen dosyaları ve diğer tüm kullanıcı içeriklerini ve davranışlarını kapsar.
2. Yasak içerik ve davranışlar (CSAE)
- CSAM: bir reşit olmayanı cinselleştiren her tür görsel, video, ses, çizim, animasyon, yapay zekâ ile veya bilgisayarla üretilmiş içerik.
- Reşit olmayan bir kişiyi içeren her tür cinsel, cinselleştirilmiş veya müstehcen ima içeren içerik.
- Çocuğa yönelik cinsel amaçlı güven kurma (grooming), cinsel talepte bulunma, cinsel şantaj (sextortion), çocuktan içerik veya görüşme talep etme.
- Çocuk ticareti, cinsel sömürü, fuhuş ve istismar; bunları teşvik etme, kolaylaştırma, reklam etme, normalleştirme veya yücelten paylaşımlar.
- CSAM/CSAE materyali veya hizmetini paylaşma, talep etme, satma, bağlantı verme veya reklamını yapma.
- Reşit olmayanları tehlikeye atan içerik ile çocuklara yönelik cinsel olmayan istismar ve ihmal.
3. Yaş şartı
GrowYend - Followers Growth çocuklara yönelik değildir; kullanım için asgari yaş 18'dir. Reşit olmadığını tespit ettiğimiz veya makul şekilde değerlendirdiğimiz hesaplar kapatılır ve verileri silinir.
4. Uygulama içi bildirim mekanizması
Uygulama, kullanıcıların çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili endişeleri, CSAE ve CSAM içeriklerini bildirmesi için uygulama içi bir mekanizma sunar. GrowYend - Followers Growth uygulamasının Profil ekranında bir destek e-posta adresi gösterilir; kullanıcı bu adrese dokunduğunda e-posta uygulaması doğrudan açılır. Bu destek e-postası uygulama içi bildirim kanalıdır ve doğrudan Yend güvenlik ekibine ulaşır. Aynı ekranda bu Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları belgesine ve Gizlilik Politikası'na bağlantı verilir.
Kullanıcılar ayrıca growyend@yend.app adresine yazabilir veya https://yend.app/iletisim formunu kullanabilir.
Bildirimler ücretsizdir, yasaların izin verdiği yerlerde anonim yapılabilir ve eğitimli bir moderatöre iletilir. Çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri tüm diğer kategorilerin önüne alınır ve genellikle 24 saat içinde acil olarak incelenir.
5. Yaptırım
- Doğrulanan CSAE içeriği derhal kaldırılır; hesap ve bağlantılı hesaplar kalıcı olarak yasaklanır.
- Kanıt, kayıt ve hesap bilgileri ilgili mevzuat uyarınca saklanır ve yetkili makamların hukuka uygun taleplerine sunulur.
- Yasağı aşma girişimleri cihaz ve ağ düzeyinde engellenir.
6. Yetkili makamlara bildirim
Yend, çocuk güvenliğine ilişkin tüm geçerli yasa ve düzenlemelere uyar. Tespit edilen CSAM/CSAE vakaları NCMEC CyberTipline'a (uygulanabildiği ölçüde), Türkiye'de BTK ve Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı ile Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı bildirim kanallarına, ayrıca ilgili ülkenin yetkili makamına, INHOPE hattına veya kolluk birimine bildirilir.
